Shaori reservoir or Shaori Lake is the biggest reservoir which is located in Ambrolauri municipality. The shore of the reservoir is low. The village Nikortsminda is located at the Shaori Reservoir.
Nikortsminda is a domed cathedral. It was built at the beginning of the XI century. The monument has not changed during its existence and this is the quite rare case.
Skhvavi Cave is a natural cave in Ambrolauri municipality. The well starts with a big funnel and its bottom is filled up with snow. The funnel goes down through the cave. You will be able to see stalagmites, ice stalactites, cascades and centuries-old ice columns.

Tskhrajvari is a beautiful place with the amazing views. There is the old castle and you will be able to see the old cross on the top of this building. (Before you reach the castle, you have to walk some distance.)
Khotevi Archangel’s church belongs to the XVII century. It is located in Ambrolauri region, village Khotevi. The church looks straight at the Khotevi Fortress.
Barakoni one of the oldest and last significant monument in Racha, Ambrolauri municipality.
